Drone Flight
Information provided by the developer, Legion Investment Group.
Dear Neighbors,
Drone photography and videography are planned over the project site at 38 Gramercy Park tomorrow, Thursday, October 29, for marketing purposes.
The crew plans to arrive at 9:00 AM, and the shoot is expected to take approximately two hours. The permit is valid from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing flexibility for weather delays or changing lighting conditions.
All necessary approvals and coordination are in place, including with the FAA and NYPD. An experienced, licensed NYC drone operator will use a DJI Mavic 4 Pro drone.
Signs will be posted around the site during the flight to notify pedestrians and neighbors. All photography and videography will focus on the project site, with minimal disruption anticipated.
Friday morning, October 30, is scheduled as a rain date, if needed.
