Remembering Bill Cunningham

Bill Cunningham returned to Gramercy with an eye for its everyday stories. His photographs and film noticed the people whose work helped give the Park its character.

In June 2016, the Gramercy Park Block Association remembered Bill Cunningham and his frequent visits to photograph Gramercy Park. The newsletter paired the remembrance with a photograph credited to Sean Brady.

It also linked to Cunningham’s December 2015 New York Times video featuring Park caretaker Amando Flores and Desmond Fraser.
