A new tree garden outside The Players

An anonymous gift helped the Gramercy Park Block Association arrange a new fence and planting for the tree garden outside the historic clubhouse.

The tree-garden fence outside The Players had fallen into serious disrepair. In October 2014, the Block Association reported that it had helped arrange a replacement fence and new planting, made possible by an anonymous gift from a member of the club.
