Why should I join the Gramercy Park Block Association?

We are the only neighborhood organization whose focus is on issues that directly affect Gramercy Park area residents.

• We are the only neighborhood organization whose By-Laws specify that all members of its Board of Directors must live on Gramercy Park .

• We are the only neighborhood organization with a 125 member Advisory Board all of whom live and/or work on Gramercy Park .

• We are the only neighborhood organization with an information network of residents, board presidents, owners and institution heads representing buildings from 16th Street to 22nd Street from Park Avenue South to Second Avenue to address critical neighborhood issues.

• We are the only neighborhood organization that has a Neighborhoow News e-mail system to communicate immediately with area residents about quality of life issues that are of concern to them.
