Christmas Caroling in Gramercy Park

Hundreds of Gramercy Park neighbors attended caroling in Gramercy Park.

Hundreds of Gramercy Park residents gathered around the Park Christmas tree on Christmas Eve for the annual caroling sponsored by the Trustees of Gramercy Park.

The caroling was led by Park Trustee Rev. Tom Pike, as well as Calvary-St. George's Rev. Jacob Smith.
Calvary-St. George's Music Director Kamel Boutros and his choir led the carolers.

The crowd was welcomed to the Park by Rev. Pike and the event organizer Trustee Arlene Harrison.
Harrison spoke to the crowd about this year's Christmas tree, a 40-foot Norwegian Spruce, which was provided once again by the James Boag family. The Boags have been providing Christmas trees to Gramercy Park for the past 37 years.
